1. Nature of Service

Omina (the "Software") is a third-party software interface designed to facilitate user interaction with the Kalshi exchange via API. Omina is provided as a technological tool only. OMINA IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR EXCHANGE.We do not provide investment advice, manage funds, or execute trades on your behalf except as directed by your manual or automated settings.

2. Relationship with Kalshi

Omina is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Kalshi. Users must possess an existing, valid Kalshi account to utilize the Software. The Software requires API keys provided by Kalshi; Omina does not hold, store, or have access to your primary account credentials or funds. Your relationship with Kalshi is governed solely by Kalshi's own Terms of Use.

3. Assumption of Risk and Platform Liability

Trading in event contracts involves significant risk of loss. Omina shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Software. Furthermore, Omina disclaims all liability for technical failures including, but not limited to:

• Telegram platform outages or message delivery failures.
• API latency, rate limiting, or connectivity issues originating from Kalshi.
• Internet service provider disruptions.
• Errors in algorithmic execution or bot logic.

4. Indemnification and "Hold Harmless"

By using Omina, you agree to HOLD HARMLESS, DEFEND, AND INDEMNIFY Omina, its developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Software; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) any trade execution resulting from the use of the Software.YOU ACCEPT FULL AND TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL TRADES EXECUTED THROUGH THE BOT.

5. Service Termination

Omina reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
