Using Omina introduces "Execution Risk" which is distinct from "Market Risk." By using a third-party bot interface, you acknowledge:

Command Failure: Bot commands may fail to execute due to software bugs, API changes, or server timeouts.
Telegram Latency: Telegram is not a high-frequency trading platform. Messages may be delayed, dropped, or delivered out of order.
Systemic Downtime: Outages in Omina's infrastructure, Telegram's servers, or Kalshi's API can prevent you from managing or closing positions.

4. Regulatory Disclosure

Omina is UNREGULATED SOFTWARE CODE. We are not a regulated financial institution, exchange, or designated contract market. Kalshi is the regulated entity responsible for clearing and settling trades. Omina merely facilitates the transmission of your instructions to Kalshi via their public API.
